The Backstory
In July, I was asked by the team captain to film the volleyball games. I hesitated, but quickly realized what a great opportunity it would be. About a week later, I accepted; and scheduled a meeting with the coach to make sure everything was in order.
I was soley responsible for documenting the game via video, from 2 different angles. One from the side, as seen in the videos below, in addition to a wide shot on the end, for better post-game analysis. It was a great learning experience, and something I won't soon forget.
Below, are the highlight videos that I made throughout the season. Keep in mind, that I have hours worth of footage from every game in the season. That would be unruly to post, so I've condesed most of it into about 20 minutes worth of fun, upbeat video summation.
This was the first 'game' of the year; a scrimmage against Scottsburg.
This was one of the more exciting games of the season, it went to five and we ended up with the win (on the road).
After many games, the season was overall a success. This was a 'hype' video leading up to the sectional game.
This was a close to the season, with some more highlights, and a sendoff to our seniors.
